北美文苑有一批投身文化传播，酷爱诗词歌赋、散文和小说等不同题材创作的作家和写作爱好者，他们移居海外多年，却潜心创作，笔耕不辍，硕果累累。本次晚会摘选了九位蒙城作家和诗人的优秀作品，由文苑清风诵读会通过八人联诵《短诗一束，韵动中国》的新颖方式精彩呈现了饱含深情的优美文字。鱼燕朗读了田军营的《相思染红了枫叶》，李微的诵读融索菲的《收拾往事》和蓝枫的《当我老了》于一体，孟小华诵读了紫云的《初雪》，李响施宇和黄弈丹分别朗读了吕孟申的《梦里犹唱思乡曲》和陆蔚青的《另一种美》，婉冰的《春韵》和刘春志的《思乡》则由陈鹃和王喆诵读，最后活跃在蒙城主持界的一线著名主持人大宇演绎了朱九如的作品《祖国你好》。九首诗文散发着浓郁的乡情乡韵，各具特色的声音和诵读风格交汇成一支深情的新春序曲，在瑞狗迎春之际，为蒙城华人送上暖暖的新年祝福！

本次晚会的亮点之一，是蒙城观众首次有幸欣赏到独幕话剧《舞厅》，堪称蒙城话剧第一枪，作品的编剧和导演是张岩摄影工作室的资深摄影师张岩先生。剧中女主角由2016年蒙城华人选美冠军、麦吉尔大学在读生张高瑀扮演，男主角由曾在蒙城西人微电影制片公司担任评委的刘志刚担任，反贯穿动作人物由曾在北美学习声乐，唱过歌剧的男高音艺术家翟子琦担纲。可以说，《舞厅》的破茧而出，开创了蒙城华人话剧艺术之先河。作为短篇话剧，《舞厅》有思想，有故事，有悬念，有矛盾冲突，有人物，有人物性格，有满满的正能量。三个人物，性格各异，三位演员，毫不夸张地说均属性格演员，剧本悬念强烈，引人入胜，女主人公自始至终端坐在一把椅子上，没有任何舞台调度，于是强烈的戏剧悬念像神奇的魔棒吸引着观众的好奇心，直到结尾男主角背起腿有残疾的女主人公走出舞厅，谜底揭开，悬念结束，对美好心灵的讴歌这一主题完成。值得一提的是，这出戏在舞台美术方面也有所创新，无布景，无天幕，除两把椅子外无任何道具，无背景音乐，值得称道。当然，作为处女秀，《舞厅》尚存在一定的上升空间，节奏可以再紧湊些，台词可以再精炼些，舞台调度可以再活泼些，反贯穿动作人物的思想脉络形成可以揭示得更深入些。令人欣喜的是，蒙城华人文艺史又增添了新的一笔！

本场晚会的鲜明记忆点之一，乃是以文学作品诵读为红线，串起各种艺术样式的颗颗珍珠，从而突破了蒙城有史以来华人文艺演出的固有模式，开启一种全新的思路，并且极力突出和鼓励原创作品，向经典致敬，为原创加油！由蒙村老郭作词，从事音乐工作三十余年的著名指挥余声老师作曲的原创音乐作品，四声部合唱曲目《龙舟飞歌》，就是在这一指导思想下完成的。

这首原创作品歌词节奏鲜明，气势磅礴，催人奋进，歌曲旋律流畅，优美动听，既有男高和男低声部的昂扬豪迈，又有女高和女中声部的柔美抒情。全体演唱者更是顶风冒雪，辛苦排练，让心中的激情与作品的豪情握手拥抱！笔者发稿时得到消息，《龙舟飞歌》已被2018第二届蒙特利尔欢乐春节庙会组委会选定为参演节目。

本首歌曲合唱之前，主持人海燕邀请了蒙特利尔国际龙舟赛暨龙舟文化节组委会主席黄显淑女士和歌曲词作者、组委会副主席郭俊先生上台发言。黄主席对词作者、曲作者表示感谢之余，向全体嘉宾发出新一年的龙舟节呼声：发扬龙舟精神，传承中华文化。用这首歌点燃2018龙舟文化节的龙舟竞渡之火。

临近谢幕之前，本台晚会总导演张洁致谢幕词。她说，朗读属于每一个人，穿越时空的美文，滋润心田的清流，向经典致敬! 为原创加油! 感谢台前幕后倾情支持的各位朋友，感谢有缘相聚的各位佳宾，文苑清风，感恩情怀，中西合璧，音乐无边。相逢是首歌，蒙城文化艺术之夜，珍贵浓情，感动时光，祝福大家新年快乐，身体健康，万事如意！2018，我们一起成长！

总导演讲完话后，与舞台总监齐星、音乐总监龙九麟、艺术总监Jolie Li Zhu、诵读总监吴金芳一起上台与观众见面。

枫情万种，花香四溢，雪兆丰年，乐在其中！历时三个小时的2018蒙特利尔第二届枫花雪乐音乐诵读迎春会，由许倩、王亚男、David ZHANG和奔驰麦克领唱，在所有演职人员和现场观众同声合唱一曲曾经席卷激情岁月的经典旋律《绒花》中完美收官。这是北美文化产业促进会、北美文苑和北美信息网向全体蒙城华人和文艺发烧友恭贺戊戌新年而精心打造的一份清新脱俗的文化大餐。今夜，新老文艺人才精诚合作，原创与经典交相辉映；来年，我们心手相连，音乐作伴，继续诗意前行！传承和发扬中华传统文化的路上，有你，有我，也有他。展望未来，一年胜似一年。我们坚信：追求文化内涵高度的枫花雪乐迎春会，一定能在全体参与者的共同努力下，越办越好、蒸蒸日上。
